With PopClip, I just highlight the text, choose Copy from the popup menu that appears automatically, position the mouse where I want to place the text and with a click the menu agains shows up automatically and I choose Paste. Do you enjoy carefully highlighting a word or a text string with your mouse and then right-clicking to copy it to the clipboard and then positioning your mouse where you want to paste the text and right-clicking again to paste it in?
